It was right by hospital .
The door didn't lock, people fighting in lobby, it was rent by hour. No good. They should clean it up so family's can stay by hospital.

It was relatively close to downtown.
Cost. Its a $40.00 a night hotel. I ended up paying $211.00 for three nights. I booked it for $185.00. I dont know whT the other $26.00 dollars was for. Tax should have been included.

There was mold on the bathroom walls, holes in the walls, the microwave did not work, the smell in the room was overwhelming, cigarette smoke came through the cracks in the walls, no bedside lighting, holes in the sheets and cigarette burns on every surface including the bed. I would have left immediately except there was not refund and I paid for a week in advance.

Almost nothing!. A huge mistake on our part as description was substantially wrong. It's cheap and one can get a good breakfast at the hospital cafeteria across the road, and that's it!
Pretty filthy, stinking of damp, cracked facilities, stained carpet, rumbling a/c, etc. If we had not been so tired after long flight from uk, we would have left immediately and found somewhere else, but at 11pm, we just put up with it all. Do not stay here, despite the price!.

The only thing good I can say is that it was close to where our family lived.
I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. The furniture was old and some broken. The light bulbs were very very dim. The sheets were very thin and had holes. This hotel is in a poorer section of Lakeland.
